Here's how it works:

There is no charge to place your home in EPM program. After you use Southern Michigan Painting to paint the exterior of your home or business, allow us to contact you once a year to set up a routine "checkup". We will then visit your Lansing home or business and do an extremely thorough evaluation of your entire exterior.

Here's a few things that we will look for:

• Mildew/Mold & Dirt
• Bad or Rotten Wood
• Early Signs of Paint & Caulk Failure
• Improper Drainage of Gutters/Downspouts
• Signs of Critter Damage

After the evaluation, we will provide you with a detailed checklist of what we found. We will also give you our recommendations for what the next course of action would be for any issues. And, once again, this is all 100% free to our customers!
